  • We’ll review where your business is now, including your existing team, infrastructure, EHR, website, marketing, clients & rate structure. Then we’ll set goals for where you want to go, and make a plan to get there.

    I’ll use the information from our meetings and worksheets to conduct a SWOT analysis and develop your business plan which we’ll use as a guide for all business decisions and tasks going forward.

    The business plan includes an executive summary, market analysis, organizational structure, financial projections, and marketing strategy (this will be developed as part of the Organic Marketing Strategy portion of the contract).

    The business plan is for internal use, not for requesting bank funding.

    Improving Client Retention: help your therapists learn how to retain clients until the have met their therapy goals.

    Reducing Cancellations: help your therapists learn best practices for reducing client cancellations.

    Consultation Calls: ideally your intake coordinator books clients for their first sessions, but some clients just won’t start until they do a consult with a therapist. Help therapists learn to put on their intake coordinator hat and convert those callers to clients.

  • Set up of customizable periodic survey for existing clients and exit survey for terminating clients with HIPAA compliant process for receiving testimonials for your website.

  • Our intake coordinators use our process proven to convert callers to clients, and will be a friendly and professional face of your private practice. Workflows are customizable for your unique needs.

    $650 per month for up to 5 hours per week.

  • We’ll provide your intake coordinator with all of our templates, workflows and best practices to streamline her system, and conduct 3 live virtual trainings including mock calls.
