We’ll review where your business is now, including your existing team, infrastructure, EHR, website, marketing, clients & rate structure. Then we’ll set goals for where you want to go, and make a plan to get there.
I’ll use the information from our meetings and worksheets to conduct a SWOT analysis and develop your business plan which we’ll use as a guide for all business decisions and tasks going forward.
The business plan includes an executive summary, market analysis, organizational structure, financial projections, and marketing strategy (this will be developed as part of the Organic Marketing Strategy portion of the contract).
The business plan is for internal use, not for requesting bank funding. -
